- Copyright of all images remains with Accent Photography Ltd, New Zealand.
- You may not alter, scan, save or distribute any photographs taken by Accent Photography without the written permission of Katrina Johns.
- Accent Photography reserves the right to use any images created in any of their marketing and promotion. This may include but is not limited to, their website, blog, Facebook page, brochures, and award entries etc.
- Images are not to be used for commercial use without written consent by Katrina Johns.
- Digital images are non-refundable, and Accent Photography takes no responsibility for the quality of prints made by the client from these files.
- All orders are final, once payment has been received
Gift Vouchers
- Only one Accent photography gift voucher per family, per year may be used.
- A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking into our calendar, and will be refunded or credited toward your order on the day of your viewing and ordering appointment. The deposit is not refunded if you choose to cancel your session. This covers the loss of the appointment session and/or design appointment and your photographer’s time. Booking deposits are non-transferable to 3rd parties but can be transferred to another date if postponement is required, provided a minimum of 24 hours is given for postponement.
- Gift vouchers must be redeemed and your session booked in before the expiry date - your photoshoot may take place anytime up to 2 months past the expiry date.
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Gift voucher is only valid for the products or value described on the voucher, and cannot be swapped out for any other products or goods. To see our range of products and pricing please click here.
- Any included prints, products or product credit must be used at your viewing and ordering appointment. If no order is placed at the viewing session, then any products or credit included in your voucher are forfeited.
- Your viewing appointment is the only opportunity to see and order any photos from your session. All products must be ordered at this time, so it is important that all decision-makers are present.
- Viewing appointments are to take place at our studio in Tuakau, unless otherwise arranged.
- Special offers, gift vouchers, and included print credit cannot be used to purchase images from a previous portrait session.
Sessions with us are all about having fun and hanging out as a family, but there are some terms and conditions, which may be altered from time to time. If you have any questions please get in touch.
